I have had problem skin in the past and after trying many different products (the good, the bad and the down right terrible) I have now got a skin care plan that I am very happy with, so I thought it only right that my first post in the ‘Skin Care’ section of my blog be about my favourite and everyday skin care products.
I start with the Nivea Daily Essentials Gentle Cleansing Cream Wash.
Why this product is great in the morning:
It is like a Wake up call for your skin, the smooth cream feels lovely and once washed off you are left with a healthy glow – which lets face it is what we all want in the morning!
Why this product is great in the evening:
Once you have rubbed all your make up off it is nice to put such a gently and light wash on your face and (I know it sounds really silly) but your skin dose feel really clean after you have used this product, all the daily impurities have been washed away.
It is a nice price as well: You can pick it up right now from Superdrug for £1.79
Once I have washed my face I spray on some LUSH TEA TREE TONER WATER
Why this product is WONDERFUL:
Well to start Tea Tree is a wonder antibacterial ingredient for anyone with oily or spot prone skin, as someone who does have spot prone skin I can tell you can see the difference in a matter of days. The water also is very cooling and a nice refreshing addition to any skin care plan. It also smells lovely!
You can pick a bottle from Lush from: £3.95 for 100g or £7.25 for 250g
Next I use the LOVELY JUBBLIES BREAST CREAM (from Lush)
Okay so I know it is rather odd (and very embarrassing) to use breast cream on your face, however the firming proprieties in this cream do wonders around your eyes (no extra eye cream needed – killing 2 birds with 1 stone). The cream is very thick and therefore a great moisturizer, it does take a good 20 mins for the cream to absorb (not great for those with little time in the morning) but once absorbed your skin is left feeling soft and smooth. It is a just base to apply Make up.
Pick up a 100g pot from Lush for £16.50
Hope you enjoyed this Post!
